Job Description I2DS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Lead with a strong background in SaaS and Cloud Technologies to join our Newark, CA team. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class cloud-based solutions to our manufacturing and life sciences clients.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for I2DS SaaS and cloud-based product offerings
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact product releases
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from clients, stakeholders, and market research
- Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and sunset
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions
- Work closely with cloud architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility of product features
- Serve as the primary product evangelist — presenting roadmaps, new features, and updates to clients and executives
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep products ahead of the curve
- Manage and mentor junior product managers and business analysts
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards including security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in an Agile environment
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in a senior or lead product role
- Strong expertise in SaaS product development and cloud platform technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-driven products
- Experience working with manufacturing, industrial automation, or life sciences software is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to gather requirements and build lasting relationships
- Experience with MES, ERP, or SCADA systems is a definite plus
- Familiarity with GAMP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple product lines and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
