I2DS Document management System manages all of the documents electronically and the employee can access the document from their work station. The documents can be opened no matter which form it is in. I2DS DMS could also optimize internal overflows which would decrease the work load. The employees wouldn’t need to send the documents by physically walking there, instead they could transfer the document electronically and that could also be done from a location outside of the work place. The document would then be approved by a digital stamp.
